Privacy Policy

Last Updated: January 19, 2026

We believe privacy is a fundamental human right, not a business asset, which is why we’ve engineered Hubl from the first line of code to protect your identity rather than profile your life.

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your personal information in connection with your use of our services, mobile application, website, and interactions with our service providers and customer support teams (collectively, the "Services").

Our Privacy Principles

  • Privacy by Design: Our database uses non-sequential identifiers (UUIDs) and full encryption for all personally identifiable information, ensuring that your data remains a series of meaningless characters to anyone but you.
  • No Profiling, Period: We abhor the idea of collecting data to find "weaknesses" or "desires." We do not build user profiles for marketing, and we will never sell a single data point about your life or movements.
  • Zero Tracking: We do not use "web beacons" or invasive screen-recording analytics. We don't use tracking cookies; we only use essential cookies to keep you logged in and your session secure. Our understanding of our business comes from sales data and direct feedback, not by watching your thumb move across a screen.
  • SOC 2 Rigour: Our approach to confidentiality is informed by years of experience in high-level security compliance; we apply that same standard of "Security and Confidentiality" to every aspect of our service.
  • Minimalist Collection: We only collect what is strictly necessary to provide a safe, reliable, and "delightful" experience. If we don't need it, we don't want it.

Scope and Accountability

This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals who interact with our Services. We have appointed a Privacy Officer to ensure that our principles are upheld at every level of our service.

Information We Collect

We strictly limit collection to the minimum data required to provide safe and reliable Services.

  • Directly Provided Information: This includes account details (name, contact information) and necessary registration documents for service providers.
  • Automatic Data Collection: We collect real-time location and route information only when necessary to fulfill a service request.
  • Technical Identifiers: To protect your identity, we utilize non-sequential UUIDs for internal database records rather than sequential or identifiable strings.

What We Do Not Collect

To maintain a privacy-centric environment, we explicitly reject the following practices common in our industry:

  • No Web Beacons or Trackers: We do not use "web beacons" or invasive tools to track your movements across the web.
  • No Tracking Cookies: We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising, or profiling. We only utilize essential session cookies required for account security and service functionality.
  • No Behavioural Analytics: We do not use screen-recording or behavioural analysis tools to monitor how you interact with our Services.
  • No Third-Party Marketing Data: We do not supplement our data with information from marketing platforms or referral partners.

How We Use Information

We use your information exclusively for service delivery, safety, and regulatory compliance.

  • Service Delivery: Facilitating requests, processing secure payments, and providing real-time updates.
  • Safety & Regulatory Standards: Verifying credentials and ensuring all aspects of the service meet National Safety Code (NSC) requirements.
  • Internal Analytics: We improve our Services using sales data, direct feedback, and anonymized usage data, never through individualized profiling or behavioural tracking.

Disclosure and Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Disclosure is limited to:

  • Service Interaction: Providing necessary details to the parties involved in a specific service request.
  • Secure Processors: We partner only with industry-leading payment and identity verification providers who meet the highest global security standards, including PCI DSS Level 1 Certification. These partners are contractually obligated to safeguard your data and use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your specific request.
  • Legal Obligations: Complying with lawful requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

Data Security and Storage

Our security protocols are informed by SOC 2 Type 2 rigour.

  • Encryption: All Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is encrypted both in transit and at rest.

Your Rights

You have the right to access your data, request corrections, or withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, or to challenge our compliance with these principles, please contact our support team.

Modification of Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this site with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.
